We service and install gas and electric furnaces, geo-thermal heating and cooling systems, boilers and gas (propane) fireplaces.

One of the most popular heating options for new homes is “In Floor Heat”. It can be installed throughout your whole home or selected areas and is often used in garage and shop floors. The heat is even and can allow you to lower your thermostat by 3-5 degrees saving energy and heating costs. It can be run by geo-thermal or gas or electric boilers.

Geothermal Heat is a very cost efficient system to operate. It is a “Green” energy, converting the earth’s natural energy to heat and cool our homes. In our area the energy is drawn from the lakes.

Geothermal is not for everyone. The heat generated from this system maintains a temperature of about 70 degrees. You may want to add a gas fireplace or other source of quick heat if you are a person who likes to turn up the thermostat for a quick blast of heat after a day of ice fishing or skiing. It is also a relatively costly system to install, but there is a significant savings on your hydro bill. With an approximate 7-10 year payback in Manitoba and 3-5 years in Ontario.
